Hey, I’m Ash

Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing touch football, competing in athletics, and dancing, which eventually led me to attend a performing arts school in Sydney.

For two intense years, I trained full-time in singing, dancing, and acting. But when that chapter ended, I found myself feeling lost. Without a clear path forward, I fell into unhealthy habits—late nights, poor eating, and overworking in hospitality took a toll on my body and mindset.

Determined to make a change, I enrolled in a personal training course, which completely opened my eyes to the misinformation and toxic standards often promoted by the fitness industry.

Along the way, I’ve personally experienced troubled eating, overtraining, and body image struggles. I know how hard it can be to break free from those cycles, and I also know what it takes to come out stronger on the other side.

Over the years, I’ve continued to grow and refine my expertise. As a Nike Trainer for four years, I gained invaluable education and experience that shaped the way I coach today.

With certifications in strength and conditioning, advanced program design, nutrition, and weightlifting, I combine evidence-based techniques with a personalized approach to help my clients achieve lasting results.

Fast forward to now, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 500 women, helping them overcome self-doubt and build a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of themselves.
